Prices are subject to change after initial quote if bigger than expected, poor coat condition, parasites are found or unacceptable behavior. Payment is due when service is rendered. Canine Canvas accepts cash, card (invoices via text and email), zelle, and cashapp.

It is HIGHLY recommended all clients stay on a schedule. Those who choose to stay on a 4 week schedule or less are usually in better condition and behavior therefore prices tends to be less. *If for any reason the client dislikes the groom you have 48 hours to notify me to reschedule a fixing groom at no cost. *

Due to studies and articles vets are recommending that groomers do not Express anal glands since the proper way is to Express internally and only vets are allowed to go inside an animal. Same with ear plucking. Ear plucking leaves the hair follicles open and may risk the ear getting infected. It is recommended the customer go to a vet for anal gland expressions and ear checks regularly. The ears will be clean and the hair trimmed.

As of 2023 there is no weight limit, but if a pet is large or Ex-large I may ask and need help putting the into the tub.  X-Large pets must also be well behaved in order to be groomed.

Appointments must be cancelled or reschedule within 48 hours. If not cancelled with in 48 hour there will be a 50% fee of your groom invoiced before you can reschedule again. If a person cancels 2 times in a year it will be reccomended they seek a brick and mortar to better accommodate their schedule.

Because the risk of injury to both the groomer and canine is too great, we do not accept aggressive canines for grooming. We expect owners to be truthful on any behavioral issues their canines may have. If an aggressive canine requires grooming, we recommend seeking a groomer based out of a vet office in the event the canine may need a sedative to complete the grooming process.  

Fleas and ticks are absolutely NOT allowed. If a flea is found there will be a $20 Flea Fee since the grooming will need to be bombed after the groom session. There is a $0.25 fee for each tick found. It is the responsibility of Pet parents to keep their canines on preventatives.

Pet parents are expected to have their canines brushed and maintained in between grooms. There will be a $1/ minute fee for any heavy dematting done. If the canine is completely pelted there is a minimum $40+ pelting fee.

Your pups health is our number one priority. All canines should be Up To Date on their vaccines. It is at the owners discretion if you choose not to be up to date. We do sanitize after every appointment, but that shouldnt be a reason to not getting vaccinated. Its encouraged a puppies first groom is at their last set of shots which should be around 12 weeks of age.

Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming and may require immediate medical attention. In the best interest of your pet, Client designates Canine Canvas, as agent and understands that if Canine Canvas is unable to contact Client first, then Canine Canvas, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian at Clients expense.

Grooming procedures sometimes can be stressful, especially for a senior canine or canines with health problems. Because seniors with health problems have a greater chance of injury, these canines will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort, in styles that will not add to their stress. Canine Canvas will not be responsible for accident or injury to an elderly or health-compromised pet during their grooming.  

We ask all our clients to please allow a 1-hour arrival time of the appointment due to L.A's unpredictable traffic. For example: appointment is at 1pm arrival time can be anywhere between 1pm and 2pm.

The only thing needed from the client is a parking spot. The grooming van is about 1.5 cars long. Parking space needs to be a legal spot such as a driveway or sidewalk in front of the clients house. No red zones or fire lanes will be acceptable. Hight clearance is 11 feet.

Client consents that Elite Mobile Dog Wash By Canine Canvas may take pictures or video of your canine, before and after grooming, and utilize them for their website, social media or any and all advertising purposes at Elite Mobile Dog Wash by Canine Canvas’s discretion.  

For the safety of pets. Most groomings are done with the doors closed. My insurance does not allow people other than myself to come into the grooming van. Therefore i will not groom with the door open or anyone other than myself or an employee inside the van.  

Without signing the agreement services cannot be performed. Policies need to be signed at least 24 hours before the appointment or it will be automatically cancelled.
